Notice of Regular Board Meeting

Dear Property Owners:

The Board of Directors of the Lake Houston Community Association, Inc. will hold a regular meeting on Tuesday, January 14, 2019 at 3:00 p.m. at the office of Community Asset Management located at 9802 FM 1960 Bypass West, Suite 210, Humble, TX 77338.

The subject of the meeting is general business of the Association, including discussion of items related to community common area concerns.

Items that may be discussed in executive session include:  actions involving personnel, pending or threatened litigation, contract negotiations, enforcement actions, confidential communications with the Association attorney, matters involving invasion of privacy of owners, and other matters that are confidential by request of an affected party and agreement of the Board.
