Notice of Regular Board Meeting

Dear Property Owners:

The Board of Trustees (or Directors) of the Clayton’s Corner Community Association, will hold a regular meeting on Thursday 13, 2018, at 6:00 p.m., at Atascocita Volunteer Fire Station 18425 Timber Forest Drive, Humble, Texas 77346.

The subject of the meeting is general business of the Association, including discussion of items related to general business of the community.

Items that may be discussed in executive session include: actions involving personnel, pending or threatened litigation, contract negotiations, enforcement actions, confidential communications with the Association attorney, matters involving invasion of privacy of owners, and other matters that are confidential by request of an affected party and agreement of the Board.
