Notice of Regular Board Meeting

Dear Property Owners:

The Board of Directors of the Atascocita Trace Homeowners Association, Inc. will hold a Board Meeting on Tuesday, February 19, 2019 at 7:00 p.m. at the Anglia Spec Home located on Benelli Drive.

The subject of the Board Meeting is general business of the Association and discussion of items related to community common area concerns.

Items that may be discussed in executive session include:  actions involving personnel, pending or threatened litigation, contract negotiations, enforcement actions, confidential communications with the Association attorney, matters involving invasion of privacy of owners, and other matters that are confidential by request of an affected party and agreement of the Board.

The subject of the Board Meeting is general business of the Association, approving the 2019 Operating Budget and set the 2019 Assessment Fee Rate and discussion of items related to community common area concerns.

Items that may be discussed in executive session include:  actions involving personnel, pending or threatened litigation, contract negotiations, enforcement actions, confidential communications with the Association attorney, matters involving invasion of privacy of owners, and other matters that are confidential by request of an affected party and agreement of the Board.
