The Board of Directors of the Laurel Place Homeowners Association, Inc. will hold a meeting on Saturday, November 7th 2015, at 9:00 a.m., at the office of Community Asset Management.
The subject of the meeting is general business of the Association, including approval of the 2016 budget, approval of the collection policy, approval of the amendment of the By Laws and approval of the 2016 maintenance fee.
Items that may be discussed in executive session include: actions involving personnel, pending or threatened litigation, contract negotiations, enforcement actions, confidential communications with the Association attorney, matters involving invasion of privacy of owners, and other matters that are confidential by request of an affected party and agreement of the Board.
