Among the responsibilities we have as a service corporation is the responsibility to anticipate the needs of evolving communities, and to understand the competition in the management services industry. This is why CAM has tailored its service agreement to provide comprehensive services to our clients on a "turn key" basis (homeowner associations are essentially on a fixed income, and the last thing they need is to be charged extras, and add-ons for services we know they will use).
